one thing that’s so weird 2 me is watching speedpaints and seeing them like. grabbing bits of their sketch and resizing and rotating them as they please. like damn… your program lets you do that without blurring it away to practically nothing?

i occasionally choose to rotate a part and see how it looks and if i like (the vague shape of) it better i redraw that bit but no way can i just move stuff arnd the funny thing is i can rotate n resize shit as much as i want in both davinci resolve (my video editor) And pixlr (my photo editor) but u can't draw in davinci and pixlr recently changed their free mode limiting exports to 3 per day which Sucks also speedpaints with no references. like no colour palette no pose ref no random picture of ur own hand no nothin krita references tool my beloved (you can just slap them outside the canvas edges and move em whenever u want)

my art i want to work on uhh composition. more and my poses still look kind of janky to me both of those things i dunno how to fix i guess i'll just keep trying random shit until i find smth that works that's been my process so far i wish there was a way to select a colour without like. having the select lines be all over it because those make it so hard to see i use that for ease of colouring inside certain areas. mostly for shading on small things like the spots on that dragon furry
