When the Mayor leaves the room to talk to the Colonel, he turns a sort of grayish color kind of like Darkiplier. But also their suit, the way they talk, and just their overall demeanor is similar. Then there’s the Colonel who has a stricingly similar voice and personality as Warfstache. They have that same sort of erratic/crazy behavior.
