This is from my quest to draw a daily piece of pixel art for every episode of Adventure Time.
I’ve actually drawn pixel art for this episode before. Way back before I started this project, the r/adventuretime Discord server did a collaborative event where we made an animatic for a section of this episode, which you can watch here. That project was actually what inspired me to start this one.

This is from my quest to draw a daily piece of pixel art for every episode of Adventure Time.
A nice conclusion to Marceline and Hunson’s arc. We already knew from Marcy’s Scrapbook that Simon summoned Hunson to look after Marceline after he had to leave her, but it was still nice to get some confirmation of that in the show itself. And this song is obviously amazing. The crew were trolling so hard when they had Hynden Walch voice the backup singer.

This is from my quest to draw a daily piece of pixel art for every episode of Adventure Time.
The last episode before the finale. But tomorrow I’m going to do a piece for Diamonds and Lemons, since that was the original airing order. This episode has a lot of great Finn and Jake moments, which are made funnier by the fact that they are on a super serious unsanctioned diplomatic mission to prevent a major war.

“I’m trying to get better…”
This is from my quest to draw a daily piece of pixel art for every episode of Adventure Time.
I love this episode. It did well to show that Betty’s relationship with Simon probably wasn’t all that healthy for her. I like this scene because it compares Betty’s trauma to that of Finn. We’ve seen Finn’s traumatic experiences with Fern first hand, yet compared to Betty, it’s almost nothing. This is also actually the first time I’ve drawn Jermaine, since I didn’t end up drawing him for any of his previous episodes.

The following procedures were attempted; refusing to allow SCP-??? to cross the threshold of a home; offering SCP-??? a bowl of cream; playing the flute. Junior researchers ████ the Dog and [REDACTED] the Human were eventually able to ward off SCP-???, either by submitting to them or by pretending they were not there. The precise events of their encounter remain unclear.
Description: SCP-??? is currently believed to be a mysterious entity sustained by people’s collective belief in them, known in some cultures as a “tulpa”. The entity usually takes the form of one or more so-called “Blank-Eyed Girls”, which have been described as “mad creepy”. However, upon removing their heads and skinsuits, they actually appear to be incorporeal entities composed of luminous particles resembling dandelion seeds. SCP-??? remains at large, and its location is currently unknown.

This is from my quest to draw a daily piece of pixel art for every episode of Adventure Time.
Jermaine is a very sad character. He had most of the same opportunities as Finn and Jake, yet he felt the need to stay behind and guard his dead parents’ possessions while his brothers ran off to live a life of adventure and heroism. I’m glad he got a happy ending.
Anyway, this pixel art has nothing to do with Jermaine’s character. I just wanted to draw Jake holding the Buster Sword because that scene is hilarious.
