GLaDOS

Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operation System. This artificial intelligence, created by Aperture Science, has a true knack for testing (and a truer knack for sass). Although she seems entirely robotic with very little interest of the actual lives of her test subjects, there is a bit of… organic life remaining in her circuits.

The techno music was inspired by a lot of the same musical aesthetics played throughout the game, Portal. There’s a lot of energy and tension in the music, which is something that GLaDOS definitely conveys through her tone and actions.
