Cool Animaniacs fact, for ppl who are new to the show: the reason Wakko is British is because, when they were auditioning for the characters voices, the writers initially wanted him to have a really energetic, “crazy” voice but no matter what his voice actor, Jess Harnell did, they didn’t thought it fit him. So they were like “Can you do any celebrity impressions? Just so we can have an idea of how else you can use your voice” and so he did a bunch of celebrity impressions, eventually arriving on the Beatles and, when he did his Ringo Starr impression, they were like “That’s it! THAT’S what we want Wakko to sound like!”
